Kalicoco Ltd (Former Green Construction Development and Consultancies Company ltd GDC3 Ltd) is a multiservice consulting firm providing services ranging from knowledge sharing to policy and strategy development. This includes but not limited to feasibility studies, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation in construction sector, Industry development, public policy and governance.
Since its inception in 2017, GDC3 has an established track record of successful implementation of construction projects for both individuals and various agencies in Real estate development and brick industry in Rwanda.
GDC3 has been founded with a specific goal to provide technical and advisory services in construction Industry, considering the minimization of environmental degradation while stimulating the growth of local building material supply chains GDC3 is composed by a team of experienced staff who actively contributed in establishment of various industrial brickyards in Rwanda, design and Implementation of various affordable housing projects in Rowlock bond technology and the delivery of a range of trainings that played a remarkable role in an ongoing transformation of construction sector in Rwanda taking into consideration the green economic development in National strategy for Transformation-NST1.
